1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AutoProfit Hub (the "Service") at autoprofithub.net, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AutoProfit Hub provides AI-powered content generation tools for online sellers, including product descriptions, social media captions, bulk generation, and customizable templates. The Service is offered with both free and paid subscription tiers.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • One person or entity may not maintain multiple free-tier accounts.

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

  • Free Plan: Limited to 5 generations per day, 5 items per bulk generation, and 10 history items.
  • Pro Plan (₱199/month): Unlimited generations, 50 bulk items, 100 history items, and custom templates.
  • Pro+ Plan (₱499/month): All Pro features plus 200 bulk items, unlimited history, and priority AI models.

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to generate illegal, harmful, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to access another user's data or bypass usage limits.
  • Resell or redistribute generated content as a standalone product without modification.
  • Use automated scripts to abuse the generation endpoints.
  • Interfere with the Service's infrastructure or affiliate integrations.

6. AI-Generated Content

Content produced by the Service is generated by artificial intelligence and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any output before publishing it. We do not guarantee specific sales results or conversion outcomes from using generated content.

7. Affiliate Links

Free-tier users may see Shopee affiliate links displayed within the Service. These links are provided for your convenience, and we may earn a commission when you make a purchase through them. This comes at no additional cost to you. Paid subscribers (Pro and Pro+) see no affiliate banners.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit and the AI-generated output you receive. The Service's software, design, templates, and branding are owned by AutoProfit Hub and protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AutoProfit Hub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the preceding 12 months.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
